My favourite yuri couple - Rosa Chinensis, the lovely red rose, looks perfect with Rosa Gigantea, the dashing white rose.
I’m catching up with some yuri art, before going back to commissions.
Commissioned by Dyveira of his characters Lydia & Irma, two sister clones. Lydia wields a chainsaw, and is “a sort of the anti-thesis to most FMG characters” in that she isn’t a willing hero, has no intention to dominate, and - despite putting on a brave front - is fraught with inner turmoil. Through Irma, who clings to her for protection and guidance, Lydia learns to feel for others and to accept that a “normal life” is not an option.
An intriguing sci-fi concept from Dyveira, which I hope will be developed further. Thanks to the crazy cool kids who helped me with technical advice and kept me safe from the zombies.

I got my Chainsketch from Debido, and this was what he drew for me. It was one of those random iScribble moments that kinda, um, caught my attention. It’s Debido’s character Kiraxa getting intimate with my character Alexis. Now it’s official! *Deb throws pan at Mika*

Christmas was a special moment for Sei and Youko, and the cookie scene from the White Petals arc (Ep 10&11) melted my heart.
It was MariMite that introduced me to yuri, and showed that shoujo stories can also move me. I watched it out of curiosity after reading Erica’s comment, “To say Sei’s your favorite character is like saying the sky is blue.” Thus, another Sei fangirl was born. Then P.D.Pirl introduced me to the wonders of fanfics, where she made the pairing of Sei & Youko come colourfully alive. And another Seiko fangirl was born xD

Commissioned by Pumpmonger of his epic warrior character Red, rescuing an Atlantean princess Nami. This is a scene from one of Nick’s many adventures of the heroine.
Red’s name was given by the Norse who adopted her, for her fiery red hair. She bares her heart always, for a curse that was put on her. A defiance to conventional depictions of warrior heroes, Red is a memorable character whom I hope to draw more of.

I wanted to create something warm and snuggly to celebrate the merging of Moonwarrior and Mooncanvas, as can also be seen from the new site header. You’ll see more of this kind of fuzzi wuzziness from me, because I’m such a softie.
Sakura Wars fans will know that this is an unusual moment for Kanna and Sumire. This is how they usually are, just like a married couple, don’t you think?
